1 Beaten Egg

1/2 cup of Italian Seasoned Bread Crumbs

Olive Oil

Fresh Mozzarella Cheese (Preferably no-salt added)

Fresh Pecorino

Fresh Basil (optional but recommended)

Steps

  1. Begin by dropping one Silly Witch Marinara Sauce ball into a pot with 2 tbsp of water. Simmer until transformed into sauce, then season to your liking.

  2. Whisk one egg with a pinch of salt and pepper in a shallow bowl.

  3. Dip your chicken into the egg mixture, making sure it's fully covered.

  4. Dredge the chicken in seasoned breadcrumbs until completely covered.

  5. Summon 1 tbsp of olive oil into a skillet over medium heat.

  6. Fry your chicken into golden perfection, cooking until done through.

  7. Time to make your layers: Start with a spoonful of sauce, place your chicken cutlet on top, add another spoonful (or two!) of sauce, then top with fresh mozzarella and pecorino.

  8. Bake in the oven on 375 degrees until the cheese turns golden brown.

  9. Top with fresh basil (optional but recommended)

  10. Poof, dinner is done. It’s like magic.
